Sam Murray and his son, Clarence, shared more than a love of good food—they shared a dream of building Murray’s Jerk Sauce together and bringing its bold Jamaican flavor to kitchens everywhere.

Clarence, who lived with Marfan syndrome and a heart condition, passed away before they were able to fully realize that vision. For Sam, continuing the business became more than a goal—it became a way to honor his son and carry forward the dream they started together.

Today, Clarence’s memory remains at the heart of Murray’s Jerk Sauce—a reminder of family, perseverance, and the power of building something meaningful that can live on for generations.
